Quick and easy: warm mushroom and spinach salad

I'm home in DC now and cooking a lot, but until those photos are up and running, here's a quick and healthy meal idea

Use any mushroom of your choice (I love portobello and shiitake), heat a skillet with a little olive oil and add mushrooms.  Then add in a bit of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for flavor and cook till mushrooms are tender. You can also add another veg, I added some tomato.

When mushrooms are ready, simply add spinach and enjoy!

* [ tip: never wash mushrooms, as they can absorb water and become soggy (yuck) instead simply use fingers or a towel to gently rub the dirt off before cooking! ]
